About The Position

As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Concierge in Asbury Park, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while addressing security-related concerns. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Communicate clearly and promptly with residents, management, and emergency services when appropriate.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from Allied Universal and site leadership.
Provide customer service to residents and visitors, addressing questions and concerns as appropriate for the location.
