As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor alarms and activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment through clear communication, accurate reporting, and a visible presence. Requirements

  • Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or access records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide general information and directions, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Observe front desk activity and report unusual behavior, unauthorized access attempts, or policy violations to help deter potential security-related issues.
