Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and support daily security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting entrants, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and/or documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with property guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Support security-related operations by monitoring lobby activity, reviewing cameras and alarm notifications, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain accurate front desk logs, incident reports, and/or daily activity records while helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and professional presence.
