About The Position

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming presence at a professional real estate services location, helping to monitor access, greet visitors, manage check-ins, and support security-related procedures. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities from the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or visitor records, and directing individuals in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
