As a Front Desk Officer at a busy financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, greet visitors, manage sign-in activity, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate area.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response activities and reporting guidelines.
  • Answer phones, support front desk communications, and document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns in required logs or systems.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a professional presence at the lobby or reception area and communicating observed issues to site contacts as needed.
