Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access protocols, verify identification and credentials as required, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries according to site-specific guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders when needed.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions at the location.
  • Complete required reports, logs, and front desk records accurately and promptly, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through appropriate channels.
