Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the front desk.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels as needed.
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or visitor information, and maintaining front desk logs and reports related to security-related activities.
