As a Security Officer Property Monitor in SAVANNAH, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, manage access activity, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, policy violations, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly operations at the location.
Observe conditions across the property and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a visible presence.
