Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support site operations, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials for authorized entry, and observe inbound and outbound activity involving personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
