About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Support in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and/or local responders.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and help to verify that employees, visitors, and contractors follow site access protocols and related reporting procedures.
  • Document observed activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in a timely manner and report information through designated site communication channels.
