Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor screening, badge verification, and reporting of suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed, while maintaining professional presence and attention to security-related procedures.
