Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and entertainment location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance or access concerns that could impact daily operations, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction.
Support access control, crowd management, and customer assistance needs during busy periods, special events, opening and closing hours, and/or other high-traffic times at the location.
