Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or operations location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, entry points, warehouses, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at designated posts, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing visitors and/or deliveries to appropriate locations.
Support site operations by maintaining visible presence, communicating professionally with staff and guests, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
