About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Hodge, Louisiana, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. This is a part-time unarmed patrol role focused on monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, observing and reporting security concerns, and delivering customer service and clear communication. The listed schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The pay rate is $13.39 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law as a condition of employment.
Meet any state or local licensing requirements that may apply before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position requires driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established reporting protocols.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor site access, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
Complete detailed daily activity reports and promptly communicate maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
