About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Sedalia, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients in a food and beverage location. This is an unarmed patrol role focused on monitoring assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide customer service and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care. The position is full time, with a pay rate of $17.77 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery information as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
