About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol Response Driver in Crete, Nebraska, to serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage facility. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, supporting access control, and providing customer service. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver’s license. The scheduled shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pay rate is $19.43 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet the stated age requirement for unarmed roles. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing may also be required before employment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State and/or local licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, employee, and/or contractor entry and exit activity.
Observe and report unusual conditions, potential hazards, and security-related concerns that could affect facility operations, personnel, product, or property.
