About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Readiness in Brownsville, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. The role includes routine patrols, reporting security-related concerns, and providing customer service and communication. This is an unarmed security role with a full-time schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
