About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter grounds, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support authorized entry, while observing for suspicious behavior and/or potential policy violations.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
