Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. In this active role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Working with agility, reliability, and integrity, you will contribute to a caring, team-focused environment while helping support daily operations across the site.

Requirements

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization when required, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Support site operations by maintaining visible presence, completing required reports, and assisting with traffic flow, visitor directions, and/or general front-line customer service needs.
