As a Security Officer Patrol Driving in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture while delivering through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
  • Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual activity, and facility hazards, and report observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
  • Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with site requirements.
