About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver for an aerospace and defense billing operations location in Liverpool, New York. The role involves providing customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. The officer conducts unarmed patrols, monitors access points, verifies authorization, responds professionally to incidents and access-control concerns, and keeps accurate reports and shift communications.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements and required for driving positions.
New York State Security Guard License.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may need to be met prior to employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations; document observations and report concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization according to site requirements.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.
