About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver to support a public transportation location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role serves passengers, visitors, and personnel through customer service, routine patrols, incident response, and clear reporting. It is primarily a driving post and requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. The position is scheduled for overnight shifts on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and pays $19.45 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment, depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, perimeters, and other assigned areas.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations; contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, facility conditions, and policy violations; prepare clear and accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
Help maintain orderly transit operations by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating professionally with the public and site personnel.
