About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver at a healthcare location in Waikoloa, Hawaii, you will safeguard clients and provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations; contact appropriate personnel or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site-specific procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
