About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver at a hotel and resort location in Princeville, Hawaii, you will help safeguard guests, team members, and the property. The role involves driving and conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, responding to security-related concerns, and providing welcoming customer service. The position requires a valid driver’s license and is full-time, with scheduled overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations; communicate with site leadership and emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately and promptly in required reports and logs.
