As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office areas, parking facilities, common spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site policies; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
  • Prepare accurate activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
