As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and security-related observations in required reports.
  • Maintain professional communication with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership when addressing security-related matters.
