You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with badge checks, sign-in processes, and/or directional support when needed.
Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
