As a Security Officer Patrol Credential Validation in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

At least 1 year of prior military experience is required for roles in Hawaii only.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Complete accurate reports and daily activity logs regarding patrols, incidents, and observed conditions.
