About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Lehi, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Be able to travel varying distances.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, verifying access permissions and reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Support security-related operations within a manufacturing and industrial location by observing for equipment, property, and/or facility issues that could require follow-up from site management or emergency personnel.
