Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report security-related issues, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations, and assist with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
