Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, public areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee movement in accordance with site-specific protocols to help support authorized entry and a professional environment.
• Assist with reporting security-related incidents, suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns while following Allied Universal and site procedures.
