Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, support access control needs, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, confirming credentials, following site protocols, and reporting security-related issues or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by observing loading and unloading activity, checking restricted areas, and maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter disruption, theft, and/or trespassing.
