As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to concerns, communicate professionally, and provide outstanding customer service while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial-services offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.
