Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail mall location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to identify suspicious behavior, assist with access-related concerns, and support orderly operations during busy shopping periods.
- Assist with customer and tenant interactions, provide directions and general information, and support security-related responses related to lost persons, property concerns, and/or other service requests.
