Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions and/or concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify visitor and contractor access as directed, and document daily activities, incidents, and unusual observations.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including following post orders, communicating with site personnel, and assisting with orderly response efforts.
