You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or authorization, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including business operations, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter points, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation related to access control, incidents, and site activity.
