About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in HOPE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining professional communication with personnel and visitors.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts as needed.
