About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Perris, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate clearly, respond to incidents, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public at a government transportation location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and assist with managing visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site procedures.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and completed actions accurately and promptly in required reports.
