Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials and documentation as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations in required reports, and report maintenance, lighting, or access control issues that could affect site operations.
