As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. A valid driver’s license is required.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, access-control issues, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors.
