Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location within an education setting.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support front desk operations by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual behavior or conditions, answering phones when assigned, and documenting daily activities and security-related concerns.
