Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, screening visitors, processing deliveries, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential policy concerns.
Support facility operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports, and following post orders for restricted areas and high-traffic access points.
