Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, sales areas, fitting rooms, and merchandise display areas for unusual activity and report concerns according to site-specific procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Assist with maintaining a welcoming luxury retail environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and supporting client service standards.
