As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol hospitality and logistics locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, report security-related concerns, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to guests, visitors, and staff. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, members, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, loading areas, docks, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, vehicle traffic, and package or freight movement in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
