Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location procedures and authorized access requirements.
Support order at the location by communicating clearly with supervisors, site contacts, and/or first responders while maintaining awareness of operational activity and restricted areas.
