In this stationary role, you will help monitor access, support security-related procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access in accordance with property protocols, and help to deter unauthorized entry through a professional front desk presence.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, maintain front desk records and reports, and support daily operations involving deliveries, visitor sign-in, and other security-related administrative tasks.
