Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, helping residents and guests with access control, visitor check-in, and customer service while supporting security-related awareness. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, front desk duties, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and help to address questions or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of the residential location from the front desk, document security-related events and unusual activity, and help to support established property protocols.
