As a Security Officer Lobby Driver - Overnights in Amana, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome guests, manage access, monitor cameras and alarm activity, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access at the front desk, and supporting security-related protocols for a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Greet employees, visitors, and contractors, verify identification and/or visitor records, and help to direct guests in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, document relevant events, and report unusual or suspicious activity in line with Allied Universal standards and location expectations.
