As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Associate in Topton, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a driving patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support vehicle and delivery traffic control at the location.
• Support a clean and professional environment by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or operational issues that could impact security-related operations.
