As a Security Officer Lobby Concierge in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities in a calm, professional manner.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to support authorized access procedures for the location.
  • Answer phones, assist tenants, guests, and building staff with questions or requests, and document incidents, concerns, and/or unusual activity in required logs or reports.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with property management, building personnel, and/or first responders as needed.
  • Observe cameras, alarms, and other building systems from the front desk and report security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
